Remote terminal use

Connect to the remote machine with SSH or Termius, then run BCCLI on that machine.

npm install -g @botconnector/bccli@next
bccli login
cd your-project && bccli

BCCLI v0.4 does not require a separate serve/attach workflow for this use case.
