This Acceptable Use Policy applies to BotConnector AI accounts, cloud inference, APIs, Web App, BCCLI, and connected features.

You must use BotConnector lawfully and in a way that does not harm other people, systems, providers, or the integrity of the service.

1. Illegal or abusive activity

You may not use BotConnector to facilitate, promote, or materially assist activity that is illegal in the applicable jurisdiction, including fraud, theft, extortion, trafficking, or evasion of lawful controls.

2. Child safety and sexual abuse

You may not create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate:

• child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors;
• grooming or sexual exploitation of minors;
• non-consensual intimate imagery;
• sexual content created from a real person's likeness without valid consent.

We may report apparent child-safety violations where required by law.

3. Impersonation, deepfakes, faces, and voices

You may not use BotConnector to create or distribute deceptive or harmful:

• face swaps;
• deepfake images or videos;
• voice impersonations;
• content using a real person's likeness or identity without the rights or explicit consent required for that use.

Generative media involving human likenesses may be restricted, reviewed, or disabled when required by law, upstream provider policy, or payment-provider requirements.

4. Fraud and deception

You may not use BotConnector to impersonate another person or organization, forge credentials, create fraudulent documents, conduct phishing, mislead users about the origin of content, or facilitate scams.

5. Security and malware

You may use BotConnector for legitimate programming, security education, defensive testing, and authorized administration.

You may not use the service to deploy malware, steal credentials, exfiltrate data, bypass authorization, operate botnets, disrupt third-party systems, or conduct security testing without permission.

6. Privacy and personal data

Do not upload or process personal data you do not have the legal right or valid purpose to use.

You may not use BotConnector for unlawful surveillance, spyware, unauthorized tracking, or automated categorization or high-impact decision-making about people where such use is unlawful or prohibited by applicable provider policy.

7. Intellectual property

You may not use BotConnector to infringe copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, or other rights, or to defeat access controls for content you are not authorized to obtain.

8. Spam and platform abuse

You may not use BotConnector for unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive engagement manipulation, abusive scraping, credential stuffing, denial-of-service activity, rate-limit evasion, or attempts to circumvent account or usage controls.

9. Financial and regulated services

BotConnector AI is a general-purpose AI software service. It is not offered as a payment service, money transmitter, investment adviser, broker, exchange, trading platform, or provider of trading signals.

You may not use BotConnector as the infrastructure for a regulated financial service or to sell investment/trading signals through BotConnector without all required authorization and an explicit written agreement allowing that use.

10. Resale and account sharing

You may not resell BotConnector access, API keys, usage credits, or third-party model access as your own payment, marketplace, or proxy service unless BotConnector expressly authorizes that arrangement in writing.

11. Circumvention

You may not attempt to bypass safety controls, billing controls, provider restrictions, account limits, security protections, or technical safeguards.

12. Enforcement

We may block a request, restrict a feature, suspend an account, preserve relevant security records, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users or providers, comply with law, or investigate abuse.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal through BotConnector Support.

13. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse or policy violations through BotConnector Support.
