Offline use

Local AI can run without internet after your local runtime and model are already available on the machine.

For the current public CLI/TUI, Local AI uses Ollama on loopback. BotConnector Cloud requires internet access.

Features that explicitly use web search, remote tools, cloud models, or other network services are not offline.
