Delete your account

You can ask BotConnector to delete your account and the personal data attached to it through the form below. This also applies when the BotConnector app has already been removed from your device. Every request is checked before anything is removed, so that nobody can delete an account they do not own.

What happens to your data

Once ownership of the account is verified, we review the deletion of the account record, chat history, saved content, and related artefacts across the systems involved. Some transaction, tax, dispute, or security records may have to be kept on a lawful basis; we will tell you which records those are and why. Deactivating an account is not the same as deleting it.

Requests are also accepted from inside the app under Settings > Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep what. If the form cannot be sent, use the Help Center and choose the Privacy & Data category.
